Arterarij, the Centre for Peace Studies, and the Roma youth organization of Croatia are launching Equality Weeks in Croatia! 

The Centre for Peace Studies (CMS) has launched a campaign called #ovdježivimo (#welivehere) within Refugee Weeks in Croatia to share the stories of refugees who have found their new home in Croatia about their integration in the new environment.

Today, Centre for Peace Studies filed a criminal complaint to the State Attorney's Office in Zagreb against the unknown perpetrators police officers based on a reasonable doubt of degrading treatment and torture of 33 people and their violent, illegal expulsion from the territory of the Republic of Croatia to Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Impact Hub Zagreb and the Centre for Peace Studies - Centar za mirovne studije, for the Refugees' weeks, on Friday 19 June from 10   to 12 are organizing an online "BEST Roundtable - Creative Collaborative Opportunities" on the topic of encouraging entrepreneurial skills as a tool for integrating migrants into the labour market and with the aim of creating synergies with external partners and stakeholders.

The Global Education Week is a Europe wide awareness raising event. It relates to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) which aim to eliminate extreme poverty, reduce inequalities and combat the threat of climate change by 2030.

Centre for Peace Studies and Human Rights House Zagreb are organizing international conference "Good Practices in combating Hate Crimes and Hate Speech" to be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at the Croatian Journalist Association in Zagreb.

Centre for Peace Studies invites you to join us on Monday, May 20th, 2019 at 10:00am at HUB365, Petračićeva 6, in Zagreb, for the public panel: „Europe and Migration: Where do we draw the (border) line?“ where local and international experts will present and discuss the current migration situation, as well as the expectations that decision-makers at the local and European Union levels bring to an end the current human rights abuses, prevent the occurence of future abuses, and respect the rule of law. 

Candidates for the upcoming European parliamentary elections have been invited to the panel.
