Report on implementation of the Anti-discrimination Act in 2011 has been published

Centre for Peace Studies has published the Report on
implementation of the Anti-discrimination Act in 2011. that has been developed
as a part of a project Stronger civil
society for efficient implementation and monitoring of anti-discrimination policies
in Croatia, financed from the IPA component I by the European Union. The
Report includes the data delivered to us by the civil society organizations and
the ombudsman institutions regarding their work on the implementation of
antidiscrimination policies, and statistics of the Ministry of Justice on court
cases processed according to the ADA in 2011. Recommendations for the
improvemet of anti-discrimination policies were developed according to these
data. This Report has been published in Croatian and English, and both versions
