Fostering Racial Equality and Diversity
The FRED – Fostering Racial Equality and Diversity project tackles racism, discrimination and intolerance through legal and institutional reforms, awareness-raising, and community empowerment in Croatia and Ireland.
The FRED project contributes to building a more just society based on equal rights, knowledge exchange, and cooperation among civil society organisations, public institutions, and academia.
The project combines research, the development of a racist incident reporting system, training for journalists and future teachers, and a public awareness campaign to empower various actors to identify, report, and act against discrimination.
