Preuzmite publikaciju

This report, produced within the Caring to Include Erasmus+ project, examines how seven NGOs across Europe support the mental well-being of their staff and volunteers, and implement trauma-informed approaches in their work with refugees and other migrants. Drawing on surveys, interviews, and best practice mapping from Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Malta, and the Netherlands, the report identifies common challenges, key priorities, and practical steps for building resilient, trauma-informed organisations that care for both their teams and the people they support.
