Handbook for Setting Up a Community of Practice

Preuzmite publikaciju

The Handbook for Setting Up a Community of Practice supports civil society organisations working with refugees in building strong, sustainable Communities of Practice (CoPs). Developed within the Erasmus+ project Caring to Include, it offers a clear, practical roadmap for defining a shared purpose, creating inclusive structures, and facilitating meaningful peer learning.

Grounded in the real experience of the Caring to Include CoP, the handbook highlights collaboration, mental well-being, trauma-informed approaches, and the creation of supportive spaces for staff and volunteers. It also provides ready-to-use tools—including a CoP framework, inclusion plan, and sustainability plan—that organisations can easily adapt.

This publication aims to help organisations across Europe strengthen peer learning, deepen solidarity, and build resilient support systems for refugees.
